• Current negative Coggins and/or Health Certificate required;

• Dogs must be leashed when outside barn or trailer;

• No smoking, vaping, non-prescription drug use within the barn;

• Check in is 4 pm - 11 pm EST and checkout is 10 am EST;

• Fire pit seating area is for guests to enjoy, but fires are not permitted;

• No trespassing / access of any kind on the land adjacent to the barn.
