safety & property rules
For your horse’s safety and the safety of others, no equine is allowed to stay at the property until a current (within 6 months of stay) negative Coggins, Health Certificate or personal call with your horse’s vet is conducted.
Any horse that creates a safety risk to themselves or others while on the premises may be asked to be removed at Management’s sole discretion.
You will be required to sign a Stay Agreement prior to or upon check-in.
Prohibited activities while on premises: Smoking, vaping, non-prescribed drug use. Follow all statements on posted signs and placards.
The barn stairs are not to be accessed by anyone at any time.
Quiet time is 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. Fees will be assessed for late check in or check out.
No equine or guest is allowed on property other than 3258 Hayes Road. The land is marked with white stakes. Please ask if you are uncertain.
No unauthorized persons are allowed on the property. If you expect guests, please notify Management. They may be asked to sign a liability waiver.
No animals are allowed in the living quarters. If you are traveling with a non-equine pet, arrangements may be made to use another heated space within the barn.
Children must be at least 12 y.o. to stay in the Living Quarters.
Fire pit use if for owners only. The seating area may be enjoyed, but no fires are allowed for liability reasons.
